Technical solutions for EOS
Are you tired of struggling with confusing Excel spreadsheets when using EOS in your organization? If your team consists of more than a handful of employees and you want to ensure that EOS is used consistently and effectively in all areas of the company, you've come to the right place.
I don't aspire to list all existing tools here. There are other options – be it Excel spreadsheets or customized solutions in project management tools. Instead, I would like to present the solutions that teams I know use successfully and that have proven to be useful in practice.
Implementing EOS is not easy – nor is it cheap. That's why a technological solution should help you exploit the full potential of EOS at all levels.
